Meet Walter...

Walter is a retired and grumpy old man with arms always crossed in discontent. He also makes sexual jokes. Walter has even asked Jeff how he knows that he pleases his wife sexually. Jeff answered, "Well, she calls me the hurricane". To which, Walter glared at him and said, "Oh! I get it. Exciting at first then it ends in disaster. Maybe she should call you FEMA." This confused Jeff and he asked Walter what FEMA meant. Walter quickly responded, "Slow to respond and not a lot of satisfying results." Walter frequently uses the term "dumbass" to describe everyone from government officials to terrorists. According to both Achmed and Melvin, Walter has terrible gas. Achmed even said, "Saddam's mustard gas was nothing compared to a Walter fart."
